bench 245 for 5
cleans 225 for 2
squat 405 for 8...

benching with a pulled pec...
roughly one year after starting squatting again after a knee reconstruction surgery in Oct 2001.

Clean...grr..gotta work on it...

The bench will be going up even higher as well. I actually had the bar on the right side of my body some more so as to stress my left pec a little less and it worked. Crazy.

Ok. But still not good enough.

Till next testing in March...
 
where you play ball......I played at Northeastern (1AA) but had my career ended by a catastrophic shoulder injury.....we had to max out the same way i think my best numbers were

bench 225 for 14
clean 275 (for lineman) for 9
squat 450 (lineman again) for 13

my bench always sucked, but other than that I was pretty solid....your post reminded me of the good ole days when I had ligaments in my shoulder and knees......
