Testes Size post cycle

I always use HCG post cycle, but I’m not sure if I really need it. I just finished 8 weeks of EQ 400 mgs week and Sust 500 mgs week. My balls have shrunk a little bit but I was wondering should I always use the Gonadtropin or just wait and let them come back naturally. Another question has anyone experienced permanent ball shrinkage that wont come back no matter how much they take protectants and stimulants?

You need the hcg to get your natural test levels up so you do not suffer a post cycle crash, get depressed and lose all the mass you gained.
