Test

Hey guys, several people I know ran a test only cycle for their first cycle. Of course they had size and strength gains will on cycle. Well, as soon as they went off, their bodies lost everything they worked hard for on cycle. Im not sure if they used any pct, but what would cause their bodies to not keep any of the gains?

- Poor PCT (Thats the deciding factor if you will retain gains) If your test levels dont return to normal sustaining muscle mass will be close to none.
- Poor diet- If your not eating enough after the cycle it will be hard to maintain gains you have made. You have to have a bodybuilding lifestyle. It should be normal to eat 6 meals a day, not something you just do when your on!

very true!!

Common sense really. If you eat less and don't train as much and have shit for PCT you are going to lose your gains.

So many guys have a completely differant lifestyle when on as opposed to off. They have the mentality that they don't grow fast enough while off so they'll just do whatever until they get back on and can make some real gains. This will probably cause them to lose most or all of what was gained on cycle. Diet and training must still be taken seriously and of course a proper PCT.
