I wonder what brought about the 30 second interval. I wonder if it was that one day that all hell broke lose and it was only like AAP, Distanced me and a couple other cats in here slamming our fingers on the submit button making repeat threads.

30 second interval is default i think. Almost all forums have the 30 second rule.

Not possible since it must be the same throughout the entire board... it may seem like its more than 30 seconds, but time it and find out. To me it feels like its less than 30 seconds.
