test/tren shot reaction problems

i shot test/tren in my right glute a few hours ago...i could feel scar tissue built in there, as i just injected in the same glute on monday...but for reasons, i had to do a glute shot...the tren was a lil cloudy...almost clumpy...first time i noticed this...about three hours later, i found a lil bump under my skin of my glute...i assume this is too quick for an abcess...what could it be? a reaction to the BA? what can i do for this?

whats the hives? at first i thought u said the HIV! hehe...
