Test & Tren for bulk?

Hey guys,

I am figuring out my next cycle. I have taken 2 years off due to personal reasons (won't go into details but I could NOT use AAS or even really work out, long story). I am finally ready to get back into the game. I'm probably around 12.5% bodyfat weighing around 205lbs, 5'11.5

Winter is here and I want to use this time to put on slabs of thick muscle and bring my strength way back up. 2 years ago at this time, I was 235lbs and 8% bodyfat. My last real cycle was, if I remember correctly...
1-12 Test E 600mg
1-8 Tren Ace (finaplix) 700mg (started at 200 1st 2 weeks, felt no sides, went to 400 next week, then pinned 100ED)
1-4 Beastdrol 40mg ED
6-14 Anavar 50mg ED
ECA stack on and off.

HCG and Clomid and something for prolactin (forgot what I used exactly) were used PCT, I also used HCGenerate and a few other OTC supps. Used every support product possible. Got very little sides besides some extra aggression which helped in the gym and of course the night sweats were crazy. I had my blood results taken 1 month and a half later and my liver values, lipids, everything were actually the best there ever have been in my entire life and really shocked my doctor who knew I was using something.

On this cycle, I put on a ridiculous amount of muscle. I was using it as a lean bulker. I actually wound up bulking up, cutting, and bulking again because the results were just so intense that I felt I could make my body do whatever I wanted each day just by adding or decreasing food (mostly carbs). I was eating 400g of Protein each day. I lost bodyfat and put on something like 20lbs. Also crazy body recomp.

Now, my original intent was to use this cycle as a nice good mass builder. Some nice Test E, maybe 600mg or 750. Some Deca300 since I have it available so I'd probably use 450 or 600mg of that. And maybe an oral for a kickstart. I have Dbol lying around which I never got to use before so I figured it'd be the perfect time to try it out. So yeah, this would be a nice, solid and proven cycle. Maybe I'd throw in some SARMS on cycle and post cycle for PCT so I can keep the muscle mass. I was also thinking of trying GH for the first time and just running it for months on end so my gains keep up. I did Test/Deca once in my past and put on some real nice thick muscle that lasted. My strength went way up. I also did get some bloat but I didn't even use an anti-e or anything and I wasn't eating 100% clean like I would now so I know I would cut my sodium intake.

But today I was checking the forums and kept thinking and thinking and...I just remembered how incredible Tren was. I put on size just by looking at my muscles and telling them "GROW." I'd weigh myself everyday and almost always see the scale go up .5lbs while I looked tighter and leaner. My strength was scary. I was lifting more than I ever thought I could, plus pumping out rep after rep. I had motivation and felt like an animal. I also didn't really get too nasty. I would be confident and wouldn't back down, but at the same time, I felt like I wasn't an aggrivater. I was extremely nice to my girlfriend and we got so close that because of the time I was on Tren (the fun and nice times we shared) I planned on proposing to her and wound up doing so some time after.

So, reviewing my experiences, what do you think I should do? My goals are to keep my bodyfat around the same, but honestly, I would truly love to lose some fat but since I want pure muscle mass it isn't extremely important to me. Should I do the oldschool Dbol/Test/Deca mass builder stack and then in spring time go on a cutter/recomp? Or do I go with the mother of all steroids, Tren, and stack it with some Test, maybe an oral at the end if needed? I think I will use GH and SARMs anyway throughout and after the cycle. I'm thinking Tren 75mg ED weeks 1-6 (or 8 if I'm cool with sides) and Test E 600 or 750mg EW 1-10 and possibly an oral last 3 weeks or so.

What do you guys think? :) Thanks brothers!
 
I'm no expert by any means and am here mostly to learn.

That being said, it sounds like you would be happy running tren again. There's something to be said for lean gains as opposed to the bulk, cut, bulk, cut routine.
 
If you wanna bulk with Tren just make sure u eat plenty that's the real trick for me with Tren. Just double up on the chicken and rice and lots of milk.
 
You are wanting tren LOL with that being said I would do something like this my friend

1-10 test 600mgs ed
1-8 tren ace 150 or 200 mgs eod
1-4 dbol 30mgs ed
You could end it with katana2.0 to harden up last 4 weeks of your cycle 200mgs ed

If you wanna bulk with Tren just make sure u eat plenty that's the real trick for me with Tren. Just double up on the chicken and rice and lots of milk.

Yeah, I noticed that just by manipulating my calories, I could either put on serious size or just get shredded up and it happened very quickly.

LOL I just re-read my post and wow I sound like a Trenhead! Nothing gets me that fired up except fast cars and my woman lol.

Yeah, I think I might do something like this. I was talking to my friend/mentor and he gave me a real heavy duty cycle and thinks that if I combine this with the right training and diet like I used to have that I will transform in 2 months back to my former glory.

One thing I'd like to note is that with Tren, I pinned ED. I had the same sides with pinning 100mg EOD that I did with pinning 100mg ED. I think as long as my blood levels are stable on Tren, I am good to go, thus the ED pinning.

Test E 900mg weeks 1-12
Tren Ace 700mg weeks 1-8 or 10 if I feel up to it
EQ 600mg weeks 1-12 (I did a 12 weeker with EQ and got fantastic results, no need for any longer. maybe higher dose though)
Dbol 40mg weeks 1-4
Either Var or Primo or Tbol tabs weeks 6-12. Preferably Tbol.
HGH for at least 6 months, not sure on dosages yet.

I would stay away from Katanadrol with something like Tren, I think the prolactin might cause gyno..unless they changed something in the formula?
Letro on hand, arimidex, hcgenerate, HCG, clomid, and maybe some SARMS during PCT. I'll also get whatever Needto thinks I should get. I use a few supps also for natural test. I use krill oil, omega complex, red yeast rice, milk thistle, and multivitamins. Last time I used these cycle support supps and I had excellent blood test results.

I may cut the dosages back a bit if I find I exceeded my budget or that it will be too much oil to shoot. If I do, I will most likely just drop the EQ since Tren gives me crazy results anyway.
 
just remember its not a race its a sprint you got a whole life to transform back you dont wanna go to heavy and go up in the weight room to heavy and fuck a joint or muscle up if you haven't lifted in 2 years dont go crazy and since you have fresh receptors i truly believe you dont need that much gear to get back in the game,just a nice simple cycle with good diet and you will grow like a weed,just think about it

i know the katnaa is 2.0 version so they may have changed it up?not sure mate i dont know honestly
 
i would cut your doses in half and you should get big as fuck. its all about your diet. The supplements just emphasize whether or not your eating to bulk or cut!!!
 
Yeah if you haven't done anything in 2 years you should respond brilliantly to lower doses. Also I'd consider using tren e instead of tren a. You can just shoot it twice a week instead of ED. If you really LIKE pinning ED I guess you could, but I've run both several times and for a longer cycle I always prefer tren e at 400mg/week. Don't go too crazy on this cycle bro, slow and steady wins :)
 
Lol, yeah I might cut the dosages. If this was last year, I would definitely go with this plan but since I haven't juiced in a while, the combination of fresh receptors and the muscle memory should help me grow easily.

My diet is always spot on. Usually 7 meals a day consisting of at least 50 grams of protein and a complex carb and some brocolli. 5 of the meals are actually food which are either made of egg whites or chicken breast or LEAN beef. Carbs are sweet potato/yam, oatmeal, brown rice. I usually use sweet potatos for my complex carb.

My bulk diet is something like this:

6AM: Whey Protein shake 2 scoops, 1/2 cup of oatmeal, 1 banana and skim milk.
9AM: 6 egg whites, 1/2 cup of oatmeal with a little protein powder blended in for extra protein and amino acids.
12PM: Whole wheat wrap with 1 chicken breast and 5 egg whites OR 2 chicken breasts with sweet potato and brocolli
3PM: Whole wheat wrap with 1 chicken breast and 5 egg whites.
6PM: 2 Chicken breasts with sweet potato (or brown rice) and broccoli/mixed veggies
WORKOUT
9PM: Whey Protein shake 2 scoops with 1/2 cup of oatmeal and skim milk
11PM: Casein Protein shake 2 scoops with skim milk

Possibly later on in the cycle when I'm in full swing I will grab a case of Isopure drinks which are super low carb, zero fat, low sodium, and 50 grams of protein or so, and I will drink half of that with each meal so my protein goes up to 400grams ED or more. I know some of you may say if it overkill to eat that much protein but I always found that the more protein I ate, the more I grew. Since I'm bulking I may throw an extra sweet potato in here or there or go with a full bowl of oatmeal.

This is the best way I found myself to bulk since I don't really put on any fat, just solid size. I will prob lose fat.

Hopefully everything goes according to plan!

I just need some more research on these SARMS and peptides and such so that I can use them post cycle as well. Also, I'm hoping HGH does some good for me since I never used it before. I'm hoping it helps me retain the gains as well as slow fat burn or at least maintenance while I'm eating calories in the "off-season."

When I cut for spring, I follow a very similiar routine but I cut the carbs a bit and I drop the whole wheat wraps in favor of just plain ass grilled chicken breast with yams and veggies.
