test sust cycle..help?

I just started taking a Test sust 250 cycle. im not stacking anything as its my first time. I've read up a lot of cycles and PCT info a few years back but now im trying to remember all the correct methods as i go through this cycle. since finding the right information sometimes means looking in 20 different places.

I'm able to get just about anything I need, except clomid and nolvadex are scare for some reason. but I "know" winny not being able to convert to estrogen can help counteract the effects of aromatase...? also proviron? those are my options. the form of winny im looking at is aquajet liquid form. anyone have any thoughts? also i remember reading about HCG (pregnyl), it kick starts your HPTA after cycle, right? The correct dosage for that was never clear because everyone had their own opinion.

so in short, im looking to do this sust 250 for 10 weeks and winny or proviron during the cycle and maybe 1-2 weeks after along with the HCG. but i need help deciding whether winny or proviron and the right methods for hcg. thanks!

wow, i almost forgot the most important part. heh.

im 25, 6'', 188lbs. training history is ok, i know how to work out properly and good form, etc. ive never gotten "big big" but i use to be 200lbs, and just under 10% BF and i benched 290lbs max so i was ok. my goals are to bulk back up a little and get that lean cut look, just looking to do it safe without the tits and loosing it all in the end.

Well, you're already in your cycle -- shooting first and asking questions later -- so you'll have to adjust from this point on.

Just stick with the Sus for now. No need for more gear. Sus is strong and aromatizes easily. Use 1/2 mg of arimidex every 3rd day.

Use some HCGenerate to maintain LH and GEAR to make the most of nitrogen retention. Do not go longer than 6 weeks on cycle. TRAIN HARD!!!

PCT-- HMG 75 i.u's starting the day after the last shot. Add UNLEASHED, POST CYCLE and continue with the HCGenerate, arimidex and GEAR.

Stick around. You'll learn to make the most of your use and avoid problems.

run the proviron through the cycle and into pct at 50mg ed. you can use hcg at 1000iu eod for 10 days (5 total shots) starting the day after your last shot. then start pct the day after your last hcg shot. you should never cycle without at least having letro. what are your pct plans?

joe, thanks for the advice. what is letro? never heard of the stuff. i've been reading about proviron being a good "add" to a test cycle and also not being a detriment to your HPTA it helps you out through PCT, so i see where you're coming from with that. but how is it going to stop aromatase during cycle? i know IT doesn't convert to estrogen but what about my sust that does? don't i need another inhibitor for that?
