test sides?

Anybody

New member
I'm on day 13 of 500mg/week GTP Test E. I've got a rash on the outer part of my armpits. It started forming a few days ago. I don't think i've had a rash since I was little kid. Is this a test side effect? (and anyone know an OTC product that will help?)

Insomnia also kicked in abuot a week ago. It's been even worse than usual. I took a double dose of sleeping pills last night and still spent four hours lying in bed before i gave up. I usually have a couple two week long bouts of insomnia every year, and I think they'er usually caused by stress. It might just be the excitement of my first cycle causing it, but has anyone else had problems with test and insomnia?

can't say I've experienced any rashes from taking test but I'm very familiar with the insomnia.... it's usually worse up until the middle of the cycle... even sleepaids don't always help.... you get used to it after a while though, as the body adjusts to the higher levels of test

Is it just me, or does there seem to be a LOT of issues (rashes, cellulitis, etc) that seem to be popping up with people using a certain manufacturer's products??

Coincidence??

I think it's just you. I think it's that there are a bunch of wetnoses posting and every little thing is problem.

Oh does it always hurt this much?
Oh the needle is so big.
Oh I got a rash.
Oh I'm so scared of needles I have my friend do me.

I know by the way they are pissing and moaning over nothing that they aren't paying the price in the gym. Arnold said "if you can't take the pain go home." I know these kids aren't taking the pain. They are looking for the easy way. So lets shoot some juice. And the really big thing that bugs me is they take up space in the gym.

ah i can't seem to get enough sleep either. i'm usually good on about 6 hrs of sleep, but the past few wks, i can sleep 8-10 and still want to take like an 3hr nap in the afternoon!

for the rash try blue star ointment. that shit clears up anything!

hey asshole, i'm trying to find out if these are test-related sides and if i'm having a bad reaction. This site is about making sure that every member has the safest AAS experience possible. In case you forgot, AAS have lots of risks. And I'm on my first cycle so i have no idea which ones I'm prone to. I'm not complaining and i can take as much pain as anyone i've met. My friend didn't shoot me up, the needles are tiny, and i'm in disbelief over how pain-free 22g injections are. I've been limping for two weeks now from post-injection soreness but i didn't post about that because i had no reason to believe i had any kind of infection. Being cautious has nothing to do with my ability to push hard in the gym, which is what your misguided Arnold quote was referring to. He didn't mean if you had an abcess or started growing breasts you should shutup and take the pain without asking what to do about it. Go choke on a dick.

LOL. . .couldn't have said it better myself. :) To be honest, there's been at least half a dozen threads over the last few months involving similar problems with the same manufacturer and in each case (correct me if I'm wrong), I believe that medical attention was required. Usually just antibiotics or anti-inflammatories but, the problem was something that wasn't going to go away by itself.

Go see a doc let him check out the rash. I'll bet you're going to need a cortisone (or some similar anti-inflammatory) injection to get rid of the rash. . .if not a strong antibiotic.

Also, let us know what happens so the next person that asks this question might get a more user-friendly answer than you did. Knowledge is empowerment, share the wealth! :)

thx for reply. I don't want to blame the manufacturer yet, although i have read most of the recent threads you're talking about. I'm not even positive the test is to blame, although i think it's likely because the rash started at exactly the same time high test levels started to build up, and i'm pretty sure it's the first time i've had any kind of rash in damn near twenty years.

The only reason i posted this was because i hadn't heard about rashes as a test side, so i wanted to find out if anyone else has had this problem because i don't want blame to go to the manufacturer if it has happened to people taking other test brand names. Also, i'm very new at injecting and might have contaminated the gear or needle without realizing it. So i'm going to keep using the same vial unless i run into something more severe. I haven't had any symptoms of infection like some other people posted about.

I don't want to blame the brand when i can't be sure that it was the problem. I put some rash cream on and hopefully I can post in a couple days that it cleared up and I haven't had any other problems.

I'm sure this isn't the case, but any chance you switched deodorants? I had a buddy wig out because of something like this and it stayed about 5 days until we ruled that out. Meaning he smelled like raw sewage but the rash went away.

Neither sound like typical side affects to test, normally flu like feelings the first 7-10 days, and that about it, maybe slight acne.

All I ever feel is good. . .REAL GOOD. Attitude, enthusiam, sex drive, attention span, etc, etc are all at their peak. I wish that there were some way to boost the level (not insanely mind you) and keep it that way. . .FOREVER ;)

I've been getting crazy. Just walking all over people. The insomnia's probably contributing to my irritation with everyone though.

I get similar rashes from test as well. I just deal with it. I get weird acne too from it.

I work in a hospital, and when I'm on Test, the latex gloves tend to give me a slight rash if I'm wearing alot of them.... That's the only time I get this type of reaction, so maybe it can cause a rash??

rizz

yeah i think so rizz, glad you posted.

The guy who asked if i changed deodorant was right on. I buy whatever's on sale so i change deodorants all the time, but I've never gotten a rash. I've even used this brand before. But from what you're saying about getting rashes on test from the latex and my experience with the armpit rashes it sounds like maybe test doesn't give you rashes in and of itself but makes some people more susceptible to irritants that cause them. I've heard your immune system gets a little suppressed on AAS so that could be a reason.
