Test Question

I did 250mg per week my first time and had good gaind but I wished I had done more after I finished. It isn't a bad idea to make sure your not in that 1% that doesn't respond well to test. Good luck bro, keep us posted on you gains. By the way what are your stats and goals and diet ect....?
 
well, these answers are vague. it really depends on what ester. you didnt say sust 250 . if its cyp or enanth expect a few weeks. if its sust you can see results by 2cnd week if you front load the first week. sust is a blend of 4 esters & should be front loaded. even w/ front loading your blood levels wont be to high. i usually do at least EOD injections w. sus or omnas
 
I'm mixed on the advice here. Honestly 500 mg is pretty low in sides, and only marginally increases the risk over 250 mg, but will yield better gains. This has been proven in research now. They ahve run weight training young men on 300 and 600 mg of test enathate and compaired results and side effects. The 600 mg group gained twice as much lbm, but it did have a slight effect on their cholesterol levels.

My first bulker was 250 mg test and 200 mg of deca once a week and I gained over 30 lbs (alot of it water and fat though). I estimate that I gained and kept about 17 lbs of lean body mass after PCT, after calculating in fat gain from overeating too much junk food on my cycle.

I personally recomend 400 mg of test enathate as a first cycle to most guys looking to gain 20 lbs.
 
WOW Thanks alot to everyone who posted! I did not expect that many people to post a message. So thank you all. Also I guess my next Question would be do ineed more than one treament to help with estrogen levles, because i saw that HCG will help so i had just planed on taking it, but i have seen many other replys that said i should also take nolva and clomid. So should I go for all three or just use one of the group?

In response to roidboyz question right now im currently benching about 205 and my squat is about 340. My diet is four to five meals a day of chicken, salad,eggs,vegs, pork, with water or skim milk. I know i can put on more size because Im 6ft and i weigh about 175 right now with about 12% body fat which im trying to cut down on still. My goals i want to be around the 205 to 225 weight range. I want to boost my squat to about 400 and my bench to at least 275. Wisdom is brought through words of encouragement
 
When you are in the 205-225 lbs range you need to be benching over 400 and squating well over 500 or something is wrong.

No that diet is not going to be suitable on a test cycle. Visit the diet forum and start reading.

-I would recomend for you on a cycle to take in around 4000 calories a day. 8 meals, minimum.
-Do not let you fat intake fall below 30% of your total caloric intake, or it will negatively impact your gains while on cycle.
-If you are not doing cardio you do not need many carbs. Limit them to 50% of your total caloric intake, and make certain they are all lower GI carbs. Whole grains, dairy prodcuts without sweeteners, raw veggetables, and nutts.
-Make certain to get in some red meat every day.
-load up on nutts and flax seed oil or salmon every day. EFA's are extremely anabolic and have a synerginic effects with AAS, and will reduce the amount of fat you gain while on cycle.
-green vegetables are critical for proper nutrition. Eat them in large amounts and frequintly.
