When you are in the 205-225 lbs range you need to be benching over 400 and squating well over 500 or something is wrong.
No that diet is not going to be suitable on a test cycle. Visit the diet forum and start reading.
-I would recomend for you on a cycle to take in around 4000 calories a day. 8 meals, minimum.
-Do not let you fat intake fall below 30% of your total caloric intake, or it will negatively impact your gains while on cycle.
-If you are not doing cardio you do not need many carbs. Limit them to 50% of your total caloric intake, and make certain they are all lower GI carbs. Whole grains, dairy prodcuts without sweeteners, raw veggetables, and nutts.
-Make certain to get in some red meat every day.
-load up on nutts and flax seed oil or salmon every day. EFA's are extremely anabolic and have a synerginic effects with AAS, and will reduce the amount of fat you gain while on cycle.
-green vegetables are critical for proper nutrition. Eat them in large amounts and frequintly.
