Test propionate cycle

Hi guys
I'm planning to do my 1st steroid cycle. I'm 5.9 weighing 180 pounds with 22% body fat. I want lean muscle. So taking test propionate 250 mg twice a weak for 12 weeks. Also taking clenbutanol 3 week on 3 week off. 60mg 1-3 days, 80mg 4-7 days, 100 mg 8-14 days, 80 mg 15-18days and 60 mg 19-21 days. Followed by 3 week off.
My diet for day includes 5 scoop of whey protein, 12 eggs, creatine, amino acid tablet, BCAA powder 1 scoop, and beta alanine, Half kg chicken breast and brown rice and lot of veg nd fruits.
PCT includes 500IU HCG twice a week starting from 2nd week to 11th week of my cycle. Clomid and nolvadex after 1 week of cycle for 4 weeks.

It sounds like you have never walked into a gym. You want lean muscle? Lifting is a perquisite, try that.

This is going to be a straight up flame, I am saying this to smack some sense into your thick instant gratification seeking skull. With your stats it seems quite obvious that you are at best a beginner in the gym. You have neither built up the knowledge nor the experience necessary to maximise your training using AAS. In fact I bet your ass that you don't know how to train hard. And only those who push themselves day in day out, completing brutal workouts even after repeated days of being sore as fuck, deserve to use AAS. It is not an elitist attitude, it is an unwritten code. A code of honour like Bushido.

Codes are here for a reason. We here are trying to revive a timeless attitude towards manhood, one that is built through blood, sacrifice, pain, failure and triumph. This is the iron brotherhood. AAS is not the easy way out, most I know take it because it allows them to recover faster and consequently train harder. The training is tougher on AAS because you push yourself that much more. When used and not abused, I believe AAS can strengthen one's inner character and outer physique at the same time.

You my friend are taking the easy way out, and that is deplorable.

I don't know how you got yourself into the shape you are in, so I won't speculate as to your will power or the lacking of. Test P requires every other day injections for 8-10 weeks, the fact that you think the propionate ester only needs two injections a week has clearly demonstrated the fact that you are completely clueless about steroid half life. Not to mention Test P usually comes in a concentration of 100mg per ml, which means according to your injection protocol you will be shooting 2&1/2 CC each time. The PIP alone will leave you paralysed, and judging by your stats, you'll opt to stay home instead of hitting the gym and baring the pain.

So now that i have flamed you, here are some constructive suggestions and questions

Go get some SARMS

Week 1-8 GW
Week 1-8 Osta

PCT
Run a test booster like HCgenerate or Phytoserms-347

That should get your body fat lower whilst gaining some muscles. You need a few more years of training before going AAS, we are helpful community but buffoonery and stupidity is seriously frowned upon, wise up, have some fucking patience and perseverance and people here will help you.

Test prop should be injected more often than twice per week
If you got the money I would highly recommend hgh at 8 iu a day along with gw501516
But bro your bf high try to drop it at least to under 13 before running anything but I know you gonna do it anyway !
Try to be safe as possible

You're BF is wayyyyyyyyyyyyy to high, 180 pounds of which 20% is FAT....c'mon dude.

Your diet is awful, you're relying wayyyyyyyyyy too much on shakes....12 eggs a day, every day?

Save the juice for now, pop over to the diet & training forums
 
do not even consider going near steroids until you get yourself in the proper condition and develop the discipline and consistency with your diet and training... it is clearly flawed in many ways for you to be in the condition you are currently in... sarms will definitely help you to get going in the right direction... read my articles here... Stomach fat/lower back fat is the hardest to lose, takes dedication, also when was the last time you had a full blood panel drawn? I am firm believer in blood workup b4 any cycle and if you have been eating good for a year and training right perhaps there is a medical cause for not losing the b/f thyroid and low t come to mind...
 
1 year of training, and high body fat, with minimal lean body mass. I don't think steroids are on option for you just yet. Keep your diet and training steady for a bit longer before you jump on the juice. Like stated above, maybe go on a sarms run to help cut fat and gain lean mass.. or even some GH Peptides. But for right now, training and diet is the most important for you.
