Test prop + Eq Cycle (Correction)

hi guys,

After three years of training, i am thinking of going on my first steriod cycle. i have two questions to ask everyone; am i too fat? and what do u think of my cycle?

i am 14% body fat.

I was thinking of:

Testosterone Proionate 50mg/ed, weeks 1 - 4
Equipoise 700mg/week, weeks 1 - 10
HCG 4-6 iu ED 6 days on, 1 day off weeks 1 - 11
nolvadex 10mg/ed, weeks 1 - 13
nolvadex 40/30/20/20mg/ed, weeks 14 - 17


Most recommend Test E and Deca for the first cycle, but i am looking for to gain the most quality mass as possible.

What do you think?

I would run test only for a first cycle. If you are going to run what you have there I'd run the test all the way through with the EQ

well at 14% BF, you're not fat...but what are your stats (height, weight etc etc.)...you're looking for the most quality mass so i'm assuming lean mass? but what is your ultimate goal? 10lbs, 15lbs, 35lbs??? you need to be a lil more explicit in your goals...

now i'm no expert but here's my two cents...bulk up and then shred down to ultimately get the most quality mass...

personally this is what i would do...
weeks 1-12 500mg test E or C EW
weeks 1-10 300mg deca EW
weeks 1-4 Dbol 50-100mg EW (optional as a kickstarter)
weeks 6-12 Var @ 50-80mg ED or Winny @ 50mg ED
weeks 2-12 HCG 250-500IU EW
proper PCT

EQ at 700mg week tends to leave alot of people with some serious cases of anxiety...not all but alot...if you're going to take that much, make sure you split it up 2 atleast 2 shots per week...not to mention, it is a cutter not a bulker

HGH from what i've read about needs to be taken for a MINIMUM of 6 months @ 2iu's ED to see good results from it...so if you're gonna take it, i would cut it down from 4-6IU's ED to 2IU ED and let it last atleast 3 months although i can't imagine seeing the quality results it is expected to bring in that short of a period of time...

Test only for a first cycle maybe test e 1-10 500mg

dont fuck with HGH your not ready...you need to do alot more research before doing a cycle...test should be run start to finish......dont run nolvadex throughout cycle use an ai like arimidex or aromasin...include hcg in your pct and also some dermacrine....if this is all confusing keep researching until you do your first poke good luck

weight: 165 pounds
Height: 5'11
Bf: 14%

Goals:
Maximum lean mass (as i have never been on steroids i am not setting myself a numeric goal)
Minimum side effects

The reason why I sided with eq was that i heard that is has lesser side effects than Test. as my goal is to gain as much lean mass as possible, I was further attached by its ability to give slow and even gains.

Many like yourself say Eq is a cutter, but how can you use it cut when it increases your hunger?

Your point about a the dbol kicker, i was hoping test prop with its very short half life (and lower water retention)would do that for me?

i guess the one important number i missed in the questions was how old are you??? at the weight you are at, my best suggestion would be to just increase your diet (clean calorie intake) and train like crazy to increase your weight naturally...obviously cutting out cardio will help to keep the weight that you gain on...

but if in fact you are hell bent on juicing, keep in mind that side effects are individual to every person taking them...every one reacts to every AAS differently so the only way to find out what effects you is to take it and see what happens...

EQ definitely increases your appetite in pretty much everyone that takes it...but it also dramatically increases the amount of cardio that a person can do as well thus allowing you to eat a hefty CLEAN diet and still shred down...whenever i take EQ i eat like a friggin horse but i do 1 hour of cardio a day as i use it in my cutting cycles...

with EQ you do have to take some sort of test. with it as it is known for causing your di*k to not work which will seriously piss off your g/f or one night stand as well as yourself...

if i was at your weight and wanted size, i would do the test e or c/deca/winni or anavar/HCG cycle that i mentioned before...it'll put on some mass that you definitely need at your size and just be sure to drink ALOT of water while on the cycle...

and no, do not use test. p as a kicker...DBOL if you can't wait the 3 weeks for the test/deca to kick in

I like this here. prop for a first cycle might not be a good idea.....just because you might not be used to the EOD/ED pinning.

Instead of steroids, you should consider checking out the diet and training forums first. For a guy 5'11 with decent genetics, almost everyone should naturally be able to get to a lean 190. Otherwise steroids become a crutch, instead of an enhancer. When you've eventually gotten your diet and training down, cycling will be that much more productive. You'll be constantly improving every cycle, taking two steps forward one step back. Gaining in bodybuilding is more of a long distant race than a sprint. :) For guys that jump the gun, its one step forward one step back and after awhile they typically quit working out all together.
