Thats sounds like a good idea too, my last cycle I did prop and tren and I really liked the fact that I could start the clomid after 3 days of coming off.

I have a question for you, what if I did weeks 12 and 13 at say 350 mg of prop/week(50mg ed). Thanks

that'd be fine IMO, just something so you're not totally off... reduced amounts are fine...
