test prop and test e question

Hey bro's,
got a question for you

A good friend of mine told me he uses test prop and test e in the same cycle with tren, I am starting a cyle very soon with test prop and tren that looks like this

wks 1-10 test prop 100mg eod
wks 2-8 tren 50 mg ed
wks 6-10 winny 60mg ed

My friend said that he would throw in test e 250mg x 2 week from weeks 1-10
isn't that overkill?

everyone responds differently to aas. If that were me personally i would not use the test, FOR ME that would be overkill.... hope that help.

Your cycle is almost fine the way it is, no more compounds are needed.

Try this
wks 1-10 test prop 50mg ed
wks 1-8 tren 50 mg ed
wks 1-10 1mg arimidex ED (or 1.25mgs letrozole ED)

make sure you have nolvadex on hand and your PCT ready

that's just a rework of your cycle....how about some stats? cycles under your belt?

Sure thing, I will definatly throw in the a-dex, the rest of pct is right on target.

looking to get cut, more vascular too
I am a tren newbie though, everything I have read and researched drove me to it though, just a bit worried about the "cough" other than that, I am psyched and ready to rock hard!!

that cycle will do well for you bro... you have some solid stats.

one more quick question for you, right now I am not doing any cardio, except for work very physical demands...lifting, pushing pulling etc... and the stairmaster 2 x wk, I do 20 mins a session,when I start this cycle I was going to throw some more cardio into the mix, maybe 3x wk? Eliptical maybe how much would you recommend and for how long?

what are your goals on the cycle?
 
I would like to drop more bf%, gain lean mass and look more vascular, look more cut than I already am, I mean I am decent but I could always look better, ya know? I do NOT want to lose any size, I know in the past when I did some cutting, it seemed like I was smaller and shrinking a bit....

Try doing cardio 3x/wk, 30min per day, early AM before your first meal. (add BCAAs and some MCT before you do the cardio).

What do you recommend with regard to the BCAAs and MCT? Specifically, what brand(s) of supplements. I'll be starting my morning cardio routine shortly and I'm interested in getting more out of it (fat burning wise).

I don't have specific brands I prefer, any generic BCAA and MCT will do fine.
