I'm starting to plan my next clean bulk cycle. My goal isn't to gain 30lbs of water that will be lost, but to gain a solid 10lbs+ of keepable gains. I'm really not a big fan of test, but i figured It wouldn't hurt to throw in a moderate dosage of it. I'm not positive on my dosages, but how does the layout of the gear look?
350mg test wks 1-10
400mg primo wks 1-12
400mg eq wks 1-12
30 mg var wks 10-15
I have had great success with running the var past the longer acting AAS. My last cycle was a cutting cycle consisting of:
500mg eq wks 1-12
60mg var wks 3-15
I went from 235lbs 14%bf down to 210lbs 7.5%bf. I'm currently 208 around 9%bf. I would like to get back up to around 220lbs while keeping my bf in single digits.
