Hello everyone.
Im considering running a 12week cycle of 150mg test prop + 150mg npp eod.
From what ive read, 150mg of these two (also ive read you should have higher test vs npp, but i live in a really isolated place and getting aas here is a pain) isnt really that high of a dose.
Ive been training quite hard the past 7 years, about 5-6 hrs a day (1-2h cardio morning, 2-3h Combat sports and 1-2hrs Weight training in the evening. Currently im at 215lb 10% bodyfat.
I'm 25yrs old, and the past year my body has been struggling to keep up with this amount of training. I have a hard time fully recovering even with plently of sleep, good nutrition and good food. my daily consumption consist of about 200grams proteins (food) about 250 carbs and 75 fat. I am the sparring partner of several semi pro MMA and Muay thai athletes, and this hard training is taking its toll on my body.
I consulted some friends who occasionally cycle, and asked them to hook me up..
My plan is as follows:
1-12 150mg TestP/npp Eod
pct:
13-18
Clomid: 100/75/50/50
nolva: 40/40/20/20
I am doing low doese because i have no need of gaining huge mass. I really just want this to keep up the amount of training i am currently doing, without the setbacks im experiencing.
I would love some feedback!
