Thanks for the welcome! introduce myself, eh?....hmmm... I'm not sure what to say. I'm 31, male, 210lbs, approximately 14% bf. I've been training for about 5 years, but i don't think the first four should count since I didn't know what I was doing. Truth be told, I still feel like a novice. I guess my fantasy goal would be to get to a ripped 225lb, but right now, I'd be happy to get down to 10%bf at my current weight. I found this board searching for training and diet info. It seems like there are many knowledgeable people here, so I think I'll just sit back and read, and hopefully, learn a bit, but I'll try to post if I can add anything. My experiences provide more examples of the "what not to do" than the "what you should do" variety, but hopefully that may be helpful, too. Oh, and the name gazpacho doesn't really mean anything... I had a craving for it when I signed up and it seemed as good a name as any.
