He says this is normal any thoughts?

20 and 303? i wouldn't call that normal.........i'm 37 and mine is 816, without being on anything. it might be normal, but it sure isn't the optimal range.

thats about what mine was, not I just self medicate. some docs would consider that level normal/low. I consider that level shitty.
