Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below Please excuse my ignorance on this. But if test give you size and water gain, why is it that everyone reccomends it in cutting cycles? I would assume that a winny/fina/anavar/eq cycle would only be hampered by throwing in the test. Is there something that I don't know or understand about test and how it works in cutting cycles?

As long as you have Proviron, Arimidex/Liquidex to keep the water off when using Test it works great in cutting cycles. It will preserve or maybe even add a little lean body mass while on a low cal diet and doing alot of cardio(both are very typical when cutting) Test can be used with great results in both bulking and cutting and for that reason it is a very popular choice.

I don't know if there are any drawbacks to not using Test but there are some benifits

Most that recommend test for a cutting cycle prefer Test prop or test suspension (and sometimes sustenon) over most other esters because the faster acting tests have anecdotal evidence of holding less water. Plus, they help to maintain the size during a heavy dieting phase. Later =)

With Arimidex or Liquidex you will have no water bloat, but you may still get acne and lose your hair.

test also is thermogenic by itself, on a low calorie diet it will help prevent loosing muscle.
I'm doing a Test/Winny/prov/Clen cycle and it's working very good.
