I am in my forth week of a eq/test cycle. This is my first cycle and I am not a very big guy so I thought I could get gains of 250mg of each a week. so far I have only gained about five pounds, and do not feel any different, the five pounds could have been just from training harder and eating right. I have decided to up the dosage and go 400mg a week of each for the rest of the cycle is that a good idea
