First of all I'm 35yrs old,,6",,202lbs,,sitting about 14% BF because of all the carbs I ate through winter... Before winter I was down to 182 and looked good..I had just finished my 1st cycle ever of Tren A and Win. for 8 weeks..I dont look that bad now,,just not as lean as I like..
Now that winters almost over I wanted to put on some quality size but not get too bloated because I like to look fairly lean..So I started a 16 week cycle of 600mg EQ and 600mg t-400,,,300 of each twice per week..Going to add 50mg ED of winny tabs with 8 weeks left in my cycle...I came up with a sample diet to hopefully give me enough food but also to keep me as lean as possible with proper cardio...Here it is and I would like opinions on the diet and cardio plan..
meal 1 - 8 egg whites
1 slice low fat cheese
.75 cup (uncooked) oatmeal
1 dose CLA
Multivitamin/mineral
200mg caff./25mg eff./325 mg asp.
meal 2 - 2 scoops protein powder (50g protein)
.25 cup blueberies
vitamin B complex
meal 3 - chicken breast or other lean white meat
med. salad w. small tomato and onion
2 tbsp balsalmic dressing lite
meal 4 - 2 scoops protein powder (50g protein)
.25 cup blueberries
omega 3-6-9 udo's
1 dose BCAA
200mg caff/25mg eff./325mg asp.
Weight training and cardio session.
meal 5 - 1 whole wheat pita
2 tbsp no fat kraft mayo
1 can tuna in water
omega 3-6-9 udo's
1 dose glutimine
1 dose BCAA
meal 6 - 6 spears asparagus
6 oz halibut or talipia
4 oz sweet potato (yam)
meal 7 - 8 egg whites
2 tbsp natural peanut butter,no salt added
1 med apple
meal 8 - 4oz turkey or other lean white meat
2 plain rice cakes
1 dose CLA
1 dose glutimine
Drinking 1 1/2 gal of water per day
Works out to be: 2346 Cal. 307g protein 192g carbs 47g fat
Cardio includes: Monday/Wednesday/Friday - 45 min on the stepper
Tuesday/Thursday - interval training on treadmill 45 min
Saturday..leg day - 60 min med pace on the treadmill, no incline..
