ive decided to start cutting since my bulk cycle turned to shit,on test eq and gonna start cutting,right now im intaking 396 prot,400 carbs,77 fat gonna drop the carbs to 125 ,protein to around 275,fat to40 what u guys think? should i up the carbs or keep them around there?
