Test/eq Cutting Cycle Question

ive decided to start cutting since my bulk cycle turned to shit,on test eq and gonna start cutting,right now im intaking 396 prot,400 carbs,77 fat gonna drop the carbs to 125 ,protein to around 275,fat to40 what u guys think? should i up the carbs or keep them around there?


i am 205 pounds 5 ft 10
 
What's your body comp? How much test & eq are you planning on using? I'd drop the carbs a bit, but need a little more.
 
Don't drop your carbs all at once or you will be struggling, ease down. If you drop them like that there is no where left to go.

Agreed...No one can tell you how to diet. Diet is one of the hardest subject to give advice on just because everyones bodies are diffrent and what works for me, won't nessesarily work for you. I would work your way down and slowly drop the cals until you find a level (pro-carb-fat ratio) that suits your body for optimal results. There are plenty of great diets on the diet board posted by Mr X that should help give you some ideas. Good luck with your cycle!

i am already usoing 500mg a wk test 400 eq ,just starting to hold to much fat on gut and legs,cant deal with it and i have to start dieting...lol...i will work my way down to the carbs

inevin you ssay drop carbs more then 125?figure id only be eating the carbs pr/post workout and a few in a coupld other meals

I didn't mean drop them below 125. I meant lower than where they are now, which is a given. Are you doing any cardio? What kind of carbs and when? The post suggesting to look up some of mrX's posts is a good idea. But the time you have the carbs and which kind could help out.

I agree, the timing and kind of carbs is also very important. I don't believe all calories are created equal. All the way up until the last week of the show I was still getting as high as 150 carbs a day, point is it also depends on the individual.
