test enathate 500mg PW

hi guys im just looking for a little bit of advice really, i am currently running a test enathate cycle of 500mg per week.am i right in pinning myself once a week or would you say it is best to be spread out throughout the week? im in week 4 and i have not really started to notice any gains, when should i start to see the gains? also i have just got some 10mg oval dbols which i am going to take for a few weeks till hopefully the test kicks in at 50mg per day. so if you could give me any help or advice i would be most greatfull!!!!

You should have been taking the d-bol at the start for the first four weeks at least. by now it's not going to matter if you pin once a week or spread out. If you spread it out you will keep your blood levels more even. Your diet and training might be an issue.
 
im training well i think?? im doing the exs 4 sets 10 reps. is this enough?? im not feeling hard after a workout like i used to!!
 
Switch up your training routine, train a lil more intense. try dropping the sets to 3 and 8-10 reps as heavy as possible with strict form. Each day should be an hour or less.
Try isolating muscle groups for a month.
mon. chest, delts, tri's
wed. thighs, calves
fri. back, bi's
You may not be resting properly also.
