A little elaboration on the thread below...

Bouncer suggests once a week, which I agree with because the half life is 7-10days...but then i saw one of the posts that stated taht you should take the half life and devide it by 2..

so what ist once or twice for Enanth

well it depemds. are you taking test200? and what dosage you are taking. if you are taking test200 and taking 200mlg a week only do it once a week. no need to prick yourself too much. but if you are doing 400mlg with test 200 i would definately go to twice a week. same with t400..

I'm going to be poking myself with testoviron depot every 6 days. I am expecting great results. Maybe you should try this method, too, or at least every 5 days maybe.

Depends on your dose. I for example am using 1250mg a week so I split it into 5 shots a week...Monday-Friday. Each shot is 250mg.

I prefer every 4 days........Nice level in my system without hardcore sides....Usally run for 10 weeks followed by clomid
