Test Enanthate and Winstrol

I have done 2 cycles so far
.1st cycle
Test e (250mg every 6 days) for 8 weeks - this was more experimental and i gained 10 pounds off of it.

.2nd cycle
Test E 200MG along with 200 mg Trenbolone Enanthate injected every 6 days for 10 weeks and gained 8 pounds off of it while dropping body fat.

i am making plans for my 3rd cycle but don't really no what i want to do....(my main goal is to gain lean shredded mass) i no this is accomplished by religious dieting also....

what i have at the moment is 14 amps of test e, 40 winstrol tablets 25 mg each, and 1 bottle of xtreme tren (prohormone) , and 14- 50mcg clen buetrol tablets.
i was thinking would this be a nice clean cycle? that will also "HELP" aid in fat loss?

(idea for 3rd cycle)
weeks 1-4.....test e 500mg
weeks 5-7....test e 250 mg
weeks 8-10...test e 250 mg along with 50mg(in split doeses) winstrol every other day and 50 mcg clenbuetrol everyother day

*i have fiddled around with low dosages and wanted to amp up the amount of test im taking to 500mg instead of my 200-250 range that i ran in my previous cycles*

or should i just take
weeks 1-7 test e 250 mg
weeks 8-10 test e 250mg along with 50mg winstrol(in split doeses) everyother day and 50 mcg clenbutreol everyother day

or should i take 25 mg of winstrol the last 6 weeks everyday ???(this goes for both cycle ideas)

would really apprciate responses :)
 
i am 20 years old ( did my first 2 cycles at 20 )
i have ben lifting for 6 years...i am 5.5 1/2 and weigh 185 pounds
my body fat is at 25 percent right now (tryin to lower it to 10-15)

my diet (i am doing carb cycling as if right now...i am eatin anywhere from 85-150 grams of carbs a day for four days then eating high carb for 2 days then repeating the cycle...)

Meal 1: 5 egg whites , 1 whole egg 1 tblspn olive oil, 1 bowl oatmeal, 1 cup skim milk, 1 banana
meal 2: 3skinless chicken breasts (20 gram protien each), 1 cup broccli
-Train-
meal 3: 2 scoops whey protien in water along with 1 baked patato,
(meal 3 is my last carb meal)
meal 4: 2 cans tuna, 1 tblspn lite mayo, lemon juice pepper..
meal 5: 3 skinless chicken breasts, 1 cup brocoli
meal 6: 1 scoop whey in water
protien: 248 grams......carbs 103 .....i dont no the fat ratio
 
man with real cycle you need to gain minimum 20-25lbs...but your cycle is not so good..maybe even gear fake!
also diet is most important!
 
id say cut the oils and mayo from your diet and do 250 TE on monday and Fri weeks 1-12 winstrol week 1-4 50 mg ED and this is a CUT right because if you gain 20 lbs your def not gonna lower BF by 10 percent ! if you have AAS avail then get some TREN everything pts it will gain mass and burn fat!
 
i dont think a year makes a diffrence 20-21...plus i already got a bone density test done and i already reached my final height when i was 18 ...2 years before i touched anything..also i work closely with my doctor on my 2 cycles i have done and the only 1side effects i had was high blood pressure wich became normal after i was off the drugs...
 
Good for you, but we have rules here and we do not break them. Please be curtious and respectful of them.

22.3 % bf, done 1 cycle of strictly test a couple years ago. I have 8 weeks of test e, 8
weeks of Tren e, 4 weeks winstrol, pct nolvadex and Hcg. I plan a 5000 daily caloric diet
I've been researching alot. Not sure how much and when I should be taking the aas. I know
8th week I will start nolva and Hcg then stop Hcg two weeks before I finish nolvadex.
I have two months off work and am very dedicated to working out and diet! Any advice?
 
I also didn't mention I'm hoping to gain lean muscle and burn body fat. Working out on and off for 6 years, recently made commitment to exercise and diet from now on. Currently eating very healthy, all the usual suspects, raw veg, poultry fish, little red meat, carbs for energy!
