OK, I've decided on test e. 500/wk with shots of 250 on monday and 250 on thursday for 8-10 wks. Would clomid only suffice as PCT or do I need more? I have taken deca before, but this was about 3 years ago. Any help is appreciated!!

I would go with Nolva over Clomid. You can recover with just Nolva (or Clomid) but it's not ideal. Best way is to include low dose HCG (250iu's) twice weekly on cycle and then run Testosterone Recovery Stack concurrent with the Nolva for 30 days.

Clomid only PCT is NO!

However Clomid PLUS Aromasin ( exemestane)YES
in fact fo cycle under 10 weeks I have never seen any one not recover fully from just 50 mgs of CLOMID a day with 20 mgs of Aromasin ( exemestane)

Another Pct is a hybrid using 25 mgs of Clomid, Sustain, Unleashed , and Adex. 5 mgs a day

im in the same exact boat as you bro so this thread is good for me... ha im waiting for someone to respond about how long after to start... ive heard the same as you though, im just wanan hear more opinons from some veteran users

Run the Nolva with Aromasin. Better synergy and I just don't like Clomid period so unless you have had good expereince with Clomid previously I would stick with the Nolva.

Two weeks after a longer estered steroid is the norm to start PCT. Don't forget to look seriously at including HCG on cycle as I mentioned previously also as will lead to a better recovery overall.
