I would say that it's not enough. You won't see much from 150mg/week. Even 250mg of test is too little IMO. Others may disagree. I say 500mg/week is decent. I also agree with longer cycles. 16 weeks is good as long as you're using light stuff like test . D-bol...no more than 6 weeks max. I NEVER see gains quickly from any cycle, except for my first. water weight is not muscle, strength goes up for me around week 4.
