test-e water bloat

Hello bro's,
I seem to be holding water after each test-e 250mg injection.
I am currently taking 250mg test-e every 4-5 days and I have added proviron 50mg/daily and nolvadex 10mg/daily and this has helped but I am still holding water. I seem to gain the water weight 2 days after the injection and then slowly lose some of the water untill my next injection.
Any suggestions, like increasing nolvadex, or will I be shooting myself in the foot by doing this.

i'm doing almost the same as you 250 test-e on mon & thurs. in wk. 6 now of a 10 week cycle. taking 12.5 mg aromasin ed and swear by it. have gain a solid 15 lbs. with very little bloat or high b.p. i'm no pro but it's worked for me.

Get an AI, but I don't think injection would have much to do w/ when you actually get bloated.

yeah bro....just keep a steady dose of an AI...also, i would suggest not just shooting every 4-5 days....if you wanna split your doses...which i do to....pick two days a week and those are your shooting days...so either mon thurs or mon fri...whenever you know you can get home to stick yourself...
i like aifm, adex, aroma...and recently i have thrown letro in there...i like to change up my AI's keep shit fresh

stick with adex, letro, or aromasin.

don't use nolva during your cycle unless you feel gyno symptoms...
its going to take away from some of your gains would you want that?

An AI like Arimidex blocks the aromatase enzyme from converting Test to Estrogen.

A SERM like Nolvadex "deactivates" the estrogen that you have. It does not do anything to stop its creation.

In short, an AI deals with the problem at the source. A SERM deals with it at the outcome.

don't use Nolvaldex - tamoxifen citrate - during your cycle unless you feel gynecomastia symptoms...
its going to take away from some of your gains would you want that?

AI's reduce Estrogen
Serms compete for Estrogen receptors
That's why there can be the rebound effect after discontinuing the use of SERM's.
I think adex would be a better choice in this case.

i think you should be running an AI like arimidex or letrozole.

should I continue to take the 10mg/daily of nolvadex which I was using only for the water bloat or would it be overkill?

Drop the nolva, the acex should be enough.

i switched from prop to cyp and noticed water retention even with proviron/winstrol/primo in my cycle......about .75mg letro ed will knock it right out or maybe even eod....or switch to prop

All I gotta say is that adex is tha shit! I was taking .5mg eod and then I started to notice some gyno symptoms so I spoke to a doc and he said to take 1mg adex ed for 2-3 days and then go to .5mg ed. I'm now on .5mg ed and the shit has worked wonders. I love it hands down.

nolva is a different design and works great for gyno but rather poor for bloat...

and the above mentioned work great letro, adex, etc are all very potent AI's and would do the job much better!!!
