Test E / TRT with sides

Hi, I am 38 years old and have been training for approx.. 4 years, with limited gains, I have found that my testosterone levels are below normal. Test results always around 5.0 (8.0 to 30.0 being normal).
Doc has put me on weekly shots of Test E (250), and will later move me to fortnightly.
My question is :
After my 2nd week shot (took in the morning), that evening my nipples became sensitive. I have minor gyno from puberty. I have not noticed any change other than the sensitivity. Yesterday was my 3rd shot, things are still the same.
Will this settle?? Dr Says I don't need Arimidex but would give me a script provided I understand its risks. Should I take the Arimidex until I go to fortnightly or should I wait another week to see if sensitivity goes away?
If I do need the Arimidex, what dosage?

250mg week is a pretty healthy test dose for TRT. Get your E levels checked so you and your doc can see where you E is at and dose adex accordingly. id start at 1mg couple times a week.

Thinking it may just go away. It does feel a little less sensitive this morning, but still different.

Just saw Doc. He prescribed 0.5 Arimdex Mon and Thu. I hope that does it. They are still sensative but no change in size, thank fully.

How long does it usually take to kick in?
