Test E Tren A EQ cycle thoughts

Planning on doing a lean bulk starting August until end of January. Just wanted to get some opinions from experienced users on a 12 week test E EQ and tren a cycle. I wanna do 500mg of test and eq a week plus 100mg tren a eod for the last 7 weeks of cycle .

Stats
23 5 foot 5 160lbs and 10% body fat.

HCG throughout cycle at 500 iu's a week and clomod for pct 50/25/25/25 along side a test booster. I have some test prop from my last cycle which I wanted to use at the end of my cycle for 2 weeks after I stop rest e and EQ before starting pct. Planning in doing cardio twice a week 20 minutes HIIT 10 1 minute sprints. Clean lean bulk
 
I would run ur EQ for 16 weeks right thru with ur Tren. Tren tends to make u not hungry with less stamina for cardio. By running the EQ with the tren you'll feel hungry with lots of stamina. That's how I feel when I run both together.
 
Nice set up...I'd probably drop the test dose a bit and run prop...but that's me....

Am I reading this right, cardio only 2x per week?
 
Your gonna want to run that eq 16 weeks and get some n2guard for that tren. I also suggest dropping the test to 300. If you do this you can bump the tren up a little. The sides will be drastically reduced so a little extra tren will be easy to tolerate.
 
Will keeping tren dosage higher than test reduce my libido? Cause I have sex about 4 to 6 times a week

Should I be doing more cardio? Its a lean bulk so I figured twice a week is good.

As stated, run the EQ for the entire duration.

Don't worry about using hcg on cycle. It isn't going to accomplish anything except making you moody.

YES!! You should do more cardio. On any cycle. You need it at least 30 mins EOD. It doesn't have to be boring. You can get up in the morning and take a brisk walk. If your gym has a basketball court like most LA Fitness gyms do, shoot 20 mins of hoops afterwards. The jumping and chasing the ball down is excellent cardio. Download one of these Insanity type interval tapes and do that at home. Preferably you will allow your diet to bring your bodyfat down and use the cardio as heart healthy (low intensity - substained duration).

Tren is tricky per person. Will it affect your sex drive? Only you can tell that and only after you have been using it.

Now some more important info. Get your bloodwork #s. Go to https://www.privatemdlabs.com/ and purchase the Female Hormone Test and it will give you several different test points. Pay attention to the RBC, Hemo, Hema on there. EQ will make your blood thick. That is one reason it makes users appear more vascular. Not a good thing for AAS users as we tend to have higher RBC counts anyway (and cholesterol as well in many cases). Next up... DONATE BLOOD. Go to the local Red Cross and donate a pint. Unlike females, males do not have a way to regulate and expel blood from our bodies (barring injury). Most males tend to run a high iron level, especially AAS users and/or people who are taking in an abundance of calories. Do not skimp on this or keep it at the back of your mind thinking "I will do it later". You donate at the beginning of the cycle, 56 days later, and then at the end of the cycle. Take a standard baby aspirin at night. Keep hydrated well. A trick to well hydration is to make sure every time you pee, you come out and drink a glass of water. Trust me, start doing this and by the third day those glasses of water will add up.

Keep us posted how your cycle is going. Preferably by starting a log on here.
 
Well I prefer to use hcg throughout my cycle I've done 4 Cycles in the past and hcg during worked best for me. I'm Canadian so health benefits here are great I go to my doctor for a blood test free of charge or any questions. Thanks for all the advice guys

That's even better (free blood tests). Take advantage of that along with the blood donation. Here we have to pay $52 to go get it ourselves so it won't alarm our regular docs if they request it themselves.
 
Agreed on more cardio...really the amount depends on the person
