The answer to your ? though is that you can use anything on a restricted diet, ie for a contest. However you do not seem to have enough muscle yet to qualify fo something like this. Unless like someone else said you are like 5 feet tall.
It's not that I don't want to grow, I would like to be around 180lbs and shredded. That's 20 more lbs than what I weigh now. The biggest problem with me is my bodytype is so sensitive to every calorie I eat, I don't want to blow back up to 200 lbs.
I've been on and off working out for years and I definitely know what I'm doing. I have also been doing this on naturally low test levels. My most recent test had me just below 400 ng, which I think is pretty subpar at 26 years old. I won't be starting the test for another 6 weeks or so, I'm waiting for every last item to come in before I do anything. My goal is to put on 20 pounds of pure muscle, if I have to put on 5 lbs of fat and then cut that back off I will.
