Test E & EQ

Quick question bro's. If taking Test E and EQ should the ratio be higher on the Test side the same way it should be with Deca in order to prevent some sides. ie 500mg of Test E and 400mg of Deca????

Typically it's the opposite with EQ....but bump above; what EQ sides are you talking about?

this whole ratio thing was invented by a couple gurus in the 90's and parroted since

it is a bunch of bullshit cookie cutter crap and does not have any merit

there is no certain ratio that you are required to do here... everyone is different.. some people have horrible sides when they run test higher and some are the opposite... you have to go with what works for you, not anyone else... thats through trial and error...
