Test E / EQ Cycle update...

Whats up guys... going into my third week of EQ...gonna start the test in a couple... I am 25 5'9 13%BF...My last cycle was a 10 weeker of deca/test E250 which left me with mild puffy nips...My cycle now is

Wk 1-15 EQ 600/wk
Wk 5-15 Test E 250/wk (couldnt obtain another bottle to run throughout)
Wk 1-20 AIFM 2-3 pumps per day
Wk 15-20 Clomid/Nolv/AIFM pct

Every first few weeks of cycles my nips burn off and on...no pain or itching..I use arimidex or AIFM and it goes away....they are still a little puffy, im afraid of adding the test but i know i have to...I have letro and nolv on hand...What can i do as a preventative measure when I add the test so my nipps dont blow up bigger?

I know alcohol fucks up your protein synthesis for a day or so...but how much? A glass of red wine effects the next days gains? Is there anything you can take to help recover from alcohol quicker? For me working out and looking good is about going to the bars and showing it off to the bitches...hard not to drink ya know!
 
First off why didn't u run the test from the beginning?

As far as your questions are concerned:
1) AIFM with that low dose of test should be fine; To remove pre-existing gyno then use letro @ 1.25mg ED

2) Try not to drink more than 2 drinks when u go out; Moderation is the key. In case u over drink eating a meal and drinking lots of water before going to bed helps

Get off the juice and learn how to run it properly.
 
Yeah I agree use the letro, u shouldn't have gyno problems w/only 250 mg of test, but letro is the best for pre-existing gyno it should clear up.
 
Your organs are already taxed being on gear then consuming/bingeing on alchohol on the weekend isn't good either. pretty much cut out drinking for the last year or so..

Think the cycle is doable and you made the best out of what you had.

as far as question 2, its hard to say but would push for NO drinking at all.

ps that EQ will be strong, utlize its power bro ( cardio and high endurance training)

I know it sounds funny but I have asthma so i try and stay away from cardio, I am very lean and can achieve cutting by dieting/cycling....I cant wait for the EQ to kick in, I want lean gains should I push myself to lift heavy and hard or go for more reps?

PS I am getting 50 BD Winny tabs 50mg EACH was planning on running them the last 3 weeks of my cycle before PCT to cut up..

I always lift fairly heavy max 8-10 reps when im juicing I ALWAYS push for those last 2 reps so ill shoot for 12...Those BD tabs are 50mg so do 2 per day? 1 morning 1 at night for last 3 weeks of cycle? I hear EQ makes you hungry like a pig, Ill try and keep the diet clean but I do it frequently on cycles, suddently brown rice and tuna just doesnt cut it..
