test e/deca/dbol cycle and pct help

I am planning on running
1-14 test e @500mg a week
1-12 deca @300mg a week
1-5 dbol @20 mg ed

Please help me with dosages for aromasin and prami during cycle. I also need help on dosages and when to run hcg. Lastly, I need the best PCT to run with this cycle. I know it should consist of clomid but dont know what dosages would help me keep the most gains. Thanks.
