Test E and Tbol

Hey guys, first time posting but I've been browsing the forums a long time, I just wanted some feedback. I recently (2 months ago) ran Mdrol 20mg ed for 4 weeks and had good gains (10lbs) but holy fuck was I an asshole. I have no desire to do it again because of the extreme moodiness it caused.

For some extra background; I ran 250mg test e and 300mg of deca when I was 21 and had good gains off of it (kept 20lbs), but I was bloated as hell-- so I'm thinking of doing 250mg of test for 10 weeks and 30mg of tbol for the first 3 weeks. I'd run nolva and unleashed at the end for pct.

I'm not looking for serious gains, just a little extra oomph and increased recovery. I'm coming off a long gym layoff of about 5 years and spent the first few months of 2010 trying to lose all the fat I accumulated from being a lazy fat fuck. I wasn't going to the gym from about July to October but I've been lifting pretty seriously since October and I'm about 20lbs heavier than I was then.

What kind of gains should I expect?

I'm 6' 212lbs and about 14-15% bodyfat I'd guess. I'll include a pic of what I looked like before(end of 2009) and currently for reference.

Welcome Simple. Since you are just getting back to the gym, I would do a simple Test E cycle 350 to 500 per week if needed and maybe run 50 mg of Tbol to kickstart it. however you need to have your diet in check and do heavy lifting and cardio to see any real results. Your diet and training have to be in check to make gains from any gear. Best of luck to you.

Test E and Tbol is exactly what im on right now and its Great!
You should make nice lean/low bloat gains from those doses!
IF it was me though I would up the Tbol a little, I did 60mg for two weeks now on 70mg, the strength gains are awesome, i am crushing the weights and test hasnt even really peaked!

The nice thing about Tbol is you can run it for 8-12 weeks at 60mgs provided you are helping your liver. You will need Forged Liver Support 2-4 caps/day. You will also want to be using milk thistle at 2000-4000mgs/day and drink a minimul of 1 gal of water/day. NO ALCOLHOL AT ALL!!
Tbol is such a nice drug for nice strength and lean mass gains. I love it with 200-250 mgs test and 150-200mgsdeca. Dam nice cycle for anybody!

12 weeks on TBOL?????????? have you done this ZED?

from what ive read tbol gains slow/stop after 5 weeks??
 
I'm running 80 mgs 5 weeks as a kicker loving it after a week already
 
It looks like I really need to look into upping my dosage of tbol to 60-80gm ed and run it for 4-5 weeks instead of 3.

I prefer Liv-52 for my liver support. My liver levels weren't too terrible when I took the mdrol and Liv-52.
 
I have done 10 weeks with consistant solid permanante gains. But hey thats just me....:evil:
 
did ya'll get some crazy acid reflux/indigestion? I'm about to go buy some prilosec otc this is getting rediculous
