Can you cut on a dbol and test e cycle? If so, if I gave weight/height, would someone strive me in the direction of how much of each to be taking and for how long?

you can cut on any cycle it comes down to diet and training.....would I cut with test e and dbol, no.

WRONG, that is not what he said, however that appears to be what you want to hear.
Its diet first everything else next.

you should do some research on test e and dbols first..also there are other options that are much better for cutting

No aas advice under 21. If you want to cut get your diet straight and get your training dialed in. If you are really 12% bf then using aas to cut to say 8 to 10 would be like squirrel hunting with a cannon. Save your health do yourself a favor and wait on aas until you need it.

At your age all you will do is cause long term complications to your hormone levels. You should not take any hormones at all, even prohormones.
Focus on your diet your body produces a tremendous amount of test and GH naturally and it will continue to do so for years, and its free, so enjoy it and don't ruin a good thing.

at 6 feet and just 170 pounds you shouldn't even be juicing, much less still a teenager.

head over to the training and diet sections of the site. after the gym you need to be crossing the street to the supermarket and walking out with 2-3 grocery bags of food.
