i read about 3/4th's of that post in the link and i'm sold on the 1g a week after teeter-tottering back and forth.
i read a whole lotta fuss about keeping estrogen under control and having a good diet, so now i have a couple questions. what exactly should i do to keep things under control estrogen wise during and after cycle to keep the bloat and other sides away so i don't "blow-up" as they said?
what foods should i stay away from and what foods should i surround myself with? i know plenty of carbs and protein is what i need but i just can't figure out what to eat so i can keep it consistent (besides shakes). i'm not the best at keeping a diet so i want/need all the help i can get to keep the weight clean.
