TEST E 500MG / Week - Bloating (1st cycle)

hey guys im 3 weeks deep into my test e cycle. running 500mg a week. no gyno symptoms, but tonight I feel really bloated... bad enough that it kinda hurts. my diet is super clean, 4500 cals a day ... but my sodium was up today unlike most days. i have nolva but not running it. if i run this, would it take care of the bloat? i really prefer not to run it because I dont want to cut into any gains. maybe for my 1st cycle i should??

stats:
25 years old, 18% bf, 5'11'' 208

diet:
4500 cals, 350 protein, 330 carbs, 140 fat (only around 4% saturdated)

training:
monday - chest / tris
tuesday - back / bis
wednesday - shoulders
thursday - legs
friday - chest / tris
saturday - back / bis
sunday - off
 
Nolva's not going to help the bloat. It's only for gyno. You need an anti-estrogen like arimidex or aromasin.
 
it's amazing hoe these myths just appear. Nolva is site specific and targets the chest almost 100%. Your face will still be a bloated michelen man looking moonface. You need an AI pronto. Do you have gyno symptoms at all?

So i take it you got your first batch of advice from a gym buddy right? Well no matter at least you are here to learn with us my friend. I hit you up with a free plat for a week so you can enjoy more of the info around the site.

First off please do not use nolva during a cycle, dont let your friends do this, do not let it become a habit for you or anyone around you. Use the least amount of Ai that you can get away with and use the best one you can get. One that does not lower IGF and even one that increases IGF would be good. Use a Ai that lowers shbg or at least has no effect on it. Also price should be considered too. All in all the best Ai on the market today is a drug called Lentaron I.M. Depot®. Otherwise known as formastane.

You can find this simple by doing a search for it on the net, a lot of places sell it. Cel labs makes one topical version of it and its also found in the product forma-stanzol too. YOu can find out more about that here

Now if using str8 formastane you should start out with a dose of 4 pumps in the morning and at night till the bloat problem starts to subside and then drop down to 2 pumps in the morning and at night for the remainder of the cycle. So 2 bottles for a total price of 60.00 will last you the full cycle. If using forma-stanzol the dosing would start off at 10 pumps am and pm then drop down to 5 am and pm. One bottle of forma-stanzol would cost 49.99 and will last the whole cycle.

So its around the same price as any Ai out there if not cheaper and its better in every way. Just use that and forget all the other crap out there my friend trust me.

However any smart steroid users always has a bottle of letro on hand at all times. This is because its the most powerful Ai there is. This is not to be used unless needed though. The sides suck, it kills gains, and its pretty harsh so you do not want to be on it for long.

Thanks for the feedback. No gyno symptoms yet but I think it was Joey D that says I looked gyno prone. I been reading on here for a while. The bloat was only bad last nite. My diet is pretty reficulous and the sodium was sky rocket yesterday.

So, I'm gonna keep on with the cycle for now. I need to order a 2nd bottle of test today because I was originally going to do 300mg a week(I know that's dumb but I was freaking out because I'm on 20mg linsinopril for high blood pressure). I guess I'm going to order letro with it.

I been taking Hawthorne berry and milk thistle 1 month before I started the cycle. My bloodpressure been perfect.
 
Also, how noticeable is gyno really? I read so much with people saying they are first itchy and sore, some not etc. I also heard someone say you can promote gyno if you even touch em too much.
 
On a positive note, I know I'm doing this spot on with training and diet. In 5 weeks I went from 192lbs at 19.8% bf to 208 at 18.7% bf. I was only doing 3800 cals a day for this period. I had my bulk diet in check right before I started the cycle. I know there's a ton of water gain but I don't think 16lbs if it, at especially on my 3rd week.

Bulk diets really do work wonders.

I highly doubt you'll get gyno from touching em too much, if you do you probably already had it comming
 
For what it's worth, your macros only add up to 4000 calories. Either you made a typo, or a math error - double check your meals and make sure you're actually getting the calories you think you are.

Ok well im about to order my 2nd bottle of test. Should I order Letro too? I have 2 orders of Nolva & 2 orders of Clomid right now.

I'm super freakin out about worrying if I have gyno or not. Seems like everyones first cycle people really worry about it.

I take lisinopril for high blood pressure. i checked on my drug sites to see if there are any major interactions between lisinopril and clomid / tamoxifen.. and nothing shows that there is. you guys ever hear of any problems with people that take blood pressure meds and interactions during PCT?

oh I was just being vague. I track this 100% with my iphone using the muscle gain app. Here is what my diet looks like for today in particular.

Meal 1: Pancakes made with 3 eggs, 3 egg whites, 1/4 cup blueberries, 1 cup oats and 1/4 cup of sugar free syrup...2 links of turkey sausage and 2 cups of orange juice with calcium

Preworkout: 5g creatine & superpump

Meal 2: Postworkout: 1 plain bagel with 2 tbsp peanut butter, 1 cup of pineapple then followed by 1 cup milk mixed with Gold Standard Protein Shake

Meal 3: 1 cup of brown rice, 1 cup of broccoli, two 4% lean burgers on Ezekiel bread, 1 tbsp of sugar free ketchup, 1 slice of fat free Kraft cheese

Meal 4: 1 can of tuna, 1 tbsp of oliveoil mayo, 2 slices of Ezekiel bread, 1/2 of a grape fruit

Meal 5: 8oz chicken breast, cup of broccoli, cup of brown rice

Meal 6: Protein shake with 1 cup of milk and 2 tbsp of natty peanut butter

Bed time: 1 cup of cottage cheese

And today's totals:
Calories: 4,427
Total Fat: 116g
Saturated: 32g
Carbs: 475g
Protein: 386g

That means todays diet consists of: 23% fat, 34% protein, 42% carbs

I measure every single thing I eat, a document it in my phone. I literally mix my diet up daily to give it variety. Some monrings I do 3 eggs, 3 egg whites, 1 cup of mushrooms, 4 tbsp salsa with 5 slices of turkey bacon. It has been working wonders for me thus far and I have been dropping bodyfat even when I was in the high 3000's.
 
PS - my fats went up a bit because I been adding more almonds, oliveoil, peanut butter too. This isnt fat from McDonalds Chicken Nuggets ;-)
 
Nice. I'm not wild about the bagel, but otherwise it looks solid. And don't discount the value of a gross, nasty cheat meal on a weekly basis!
 
yea I used to do brown rice and broccoli as my post workout and switched to the bagel. I like the bagel more... I actually used to do rice cakes which is even worse. I do chug a low cal gatorade with another 5g creatine when I walk out of the gym every day.

I havent had a cheat meal in a month. I really need to start doing them more often I guess. How bad are your cheap meals? I have a thing for bbq chicken wings. It's just that I'm so tuned into this diet that i actually get sick to the stomach when i eat crap food anymore. its super weird.

let me add that getting rid of carbs at night will go along way at taking Face bloat out.

Test only cycles with lots of carbs always meant fat face even with AI here.

I think some people actually prefer cottage cheese over casein before bed?

I eat cottage cheese before bed, just finished some then actually! It took me a while to get use to it to but really its pretty tasteless its easy to smash it down :chomp:

Oh and casein protein is in cottage cheese.
 
i would get rid of the bagel pwo and throw some dextrose in your pwo shake instead. You want simple carbs pwo not complex
