multiple allows for a more consistent level
 
Judo which would you suggest for a first cycle? Better peak or more consistent level?


once a week is fine.

if 100 people ran it once a difference and 100 ran 125 2x a week.. you would see very little difference w/ cyp.

remember your gains come 90% from diet and training. so just kill it in the gym.. and IN THE KITCHEN and you will be fine!
