Test/Deca plan

Hi all,

Need to ensure that I have a decent cycle plan

Details

Age: just turned 21
weight: 202lbs
height: 5ft 10
body fat: 15% (3 point skinfold test)
First cycle
Training since 16 yo, competed bodybuilding natural in 2008
calorie intake 3,500
a little bit over 1.5g/lb of Protein
6 meals a day
diet is proper and being following proper diet for over 6 months now.

planned cycle
wk 1-8 200mg Test enth
wk 1-8 200mg deca
wk 1-8 .5mg Arimidex/day

PCT
Wk 9 Clomid 50mg 2x/d
W10-12 Clomid 25mg/d

I have no way of getting hcg and I am unsure about pinning times? and should I up the test to 400mg to make it a 2:1 ratio?

please advise
 
Hey dude, you're still pretty young, You're probably producing as much test naturally now than you'll ever produce. Why would you want to mess about with that?

Anyway if you really want to do it, drop the Deca, no need for it on a first cycle.

Up the test to 400-500mg/week, split it into 2 shots, mon/thursday. O and you wana go longer than 8 weeks, more like 10-12.

PCT looks weak to me. Look into unleashed/post cycle combo.

I'm sure someone else more experienced will chime in.
 
e weeks of test or deca is a waste and only messign with your system for minimal gains if that. in my op
200mg ew deca wk1-12
400mg ew test wk1-14

but i dotn rec deca on first cycle, but its not going to kill you.
 
ok so I know you can order hcg over the net... getting it through customs in Australia seems to be a bit of a far stretch though. I have heard Test only for first cycle is the way to go... but what, apart from deca dick issues, is the problem with deca too?
