Looking for personal opinions and experiences with Test and Deca for a bulking cycle. I have had great results adding lean mass and cutting fat on test/tren in the past. My personal stats are:
35yo, 240, 16%bf, healthy diet at about 3000cal a day macros being 55% carb, 35% protein, and 15% fat. I workout on a 3day split 5-6 days a week.
Been off the weights for about a month now and was suggested I jumpstart with a little dbol for a couple weeks with test then move on to the deca.
Dbol-50mg a day for 2 weeks with Test Cyp at 500mg a week.
On week three, switiching the Dbol out to Deca 300mg a week with test cyp at 500mg for 8-10 weeks.
I plan on running an e blocker probably nolvadex (open to other reccomendations) throughout the cycle and PCT with HCG.
Any suggestions or adjustments to the dosages or any opinions and experiences with similiar stacks???
