Test deca and test prop 1st cycle

I'm 5'10 23 yrs old 204.6 pounds with 14-15% bodyfat. Eating clean high protein foods. Getting in around 220 to 240 grAms per day. Consume around 2500 to 2800 cals. Workout is as follows.

Day 1 chest and tris

Bench press
65 kg 1st set 15 reps to failure
70 kg 2nd set 12 reps to fail
75 kg 3rd set 8 reps to failure

Decline bench
55 kg set 1 15 reps
60 kg set 2 12 reps
65 kg set 3 8 reps

Incline bench
Same as decline above^^^^^

Tricep push downs
3 sets of 10 to failure

Dips 3 sets to failure

By the end of this I'm pretty knackered.

Day 2 back and biceps

Lat pull down
3 sets of 8 moving up in weight to failure

Cables rows
Same as above

One arm dumbbell rows
Same as above

Ez curls
Same as above

Standing hammer curls
As above

Sitting one arm curls
As above

Day 3 shoulders legs abs

Shoulder press
3 sets of 8

Upright rows
As above

Shrugs
As above

Front shoulder raises dumbbells
As above

Reverse flys
As above

Squats
As above

Seated leg press
As above

Barbell calve raises
As above

Seated calve raises
As above

Crunches

Reverse crunches

Leg raises


Ok so that's my routine I've been doing the last 9 weeks and seeing great results so far. I've gotten hold of test prop 10 ml 100 mg and another 10 ml of a mixed test vial. Both are chemist brand not underground. The other one contains 100 mg of test decanoate 30 mg test ace 55 mg test prop 55 mg test phenylpropionate 85 mg test cyp.
Ok so what do u think about these 2 in a 1st cycle and how would you go about taking the 2 together if it was your first cycle? Any suggestions would be very grateful about this and or my workout and diet
 
I wouldn't take test and deca for a first cycle bro if you have any major sides you won't know witch compound is giving them to you

And also wouldn't suggest deca for first cycle any way because recovery is hard what do you plan on doing for your PCT
 
Bro every experienced guy on here will tell you not to do DECA on a 1st cycle (read the threads) I'm coming to an end of my 1st cycle of test blend (t400) and I am thrilled with the results and as I have my PCT lined up I will be able to do my second cycle at the end of feb 2012..with DECA the recovery is much longer..by the way the test blend shots hurt like a mother f@ÂŁ&er for a few days so be prepared to alternate injection sites..
 
You might want to try switching up your workout. Your body eventually adapts when u do the same routine over and over again. I never do the same work out more than 2 weeks in a row. You'll be surprised how you can bust through a plateau by getting out of your comfort zone and trying new lifts

1st cycle test cyp/eth 10 weeks...

Stop doing the same routine every time you train...

Don't train legs and shoulders on the same day....

Just going by the weights you listed, I'd have to say you're nowhere near your natural potential. How long have you been working out? At 23 you have plenty of natural test and can make great gains without any gear. I'd hold off for a while until you've gotten a little closer to your potential. If you're bound and determined to do something though, do just test for your first cycle. Great gains, and easy to deal with sides if you get them. And have a good PCT lined up.

Yeah it's starting to shit me doing the same thing over and over. As of Monday I'm gonna change it all up :)

Ok so my goal is to be lean and cut with thickness aswell. Not overly huge if u know what I mean. Do u think training the same body part twice a week is too much?

I've been working out for about 2 months now. Before this it's been around a year since I worked out due to working away but was working out and playing rugby 5 years prior. The year I had off I've lost a lot of strength and been gaining back slowly last 2 months. Looking to be hitting the 120 kg at bench press by feb next year.

Test blend on it's own will give you good maybe great results as your 1st. Cycle don't complicate it and once you have experienced this you can recover and start a second cycle 12 weeks later and maybe stack compounds if you feel the need.???
 
Thanks for the positive info. I think the gear that I have is going to make me pretty lean as well as some size too. Do u think the same?

Here's how your training routine should be:

NO routine

That means ALWAYS change it up, the reps/sets/days on and off, etc etc.....
