What are your stats and how long have you been lifting? If you have been lifting for at least 3 years, and are older than 25 then we can start. We need to make sure that your nutrition is in order and that your training intensity is ready for AAS.
Having said all of that, I would start with 500mg every week for a ten week cycle. If you can get your hands on some D-bol, I would use that for the first four weeks of the cycle.
PCT should consist of HCG at 5000iu 3 times a week for two weeks, and clomid. Clomid should be around 100mg a day for the first week, followed by two weeks at 50mg.
