ok bros i was wondering what is the most efficient way to take cyp once a week or twice a week, thanx bros im used to taking sust and enth but never done cyp first time.

Twice a week is fine. Like Mon/Thurs. Treat it just like Test E.

cyp is pretty much the same as enan, you can do EW shots. Most bodybuilders prefer 2x/wk shots.

I take mine on mon and thur. 1.5cc 2x a week for a total of 600 a week. Love it
