Test Cyp EQ cycle w/Background

Hey this is going to be my first cycle. I am 5'9'' 170 pounds about 8% body fat. I keep a diet journal for every meal I eat through out the day. Which is as follows:

Meal 1: 130g of Carbs 36g Protien
Meal 2: 70g of Carbs 45g Protien
Meal 3 :35g of Carbs 30g Protien
Meal 4: 35g of Carbs 30g Protien
Meal 5: 20g of Carbs 34g Protien
Meal 6: 0g of Carbs 30g Protien

I workout 5 days a week using the push pull legs method. I have been workout for 3 years, I am 21 years old.

Lifting Stats
Bench Press 245 6 reps
Stiff Leg Deadlift 250 6 reps
Box Squat 365 4 reps

My first cycle will consist of test cyp and EQ and is as follows:
Week 1-12 Test Cyp 375mg injecting twice a week
Week 1-10 EQ 450mg injecting once a week
Week 14-16 Clomid...Day 1 300mg followed by 100mg a day for the remainder of the first week...Followed by 50mg a day for the remainder of PCT

Let me know what you guys think..any comments or suggestions will be taken into consideration
 
I like to run EQ longer atleast 12 and just leave the clomid at 50 mg for the whole pct no need for the high doses .

Let me know what you guys think..any comments or suggestions will be taken into consideration

1) add more protein, try to get 2g protein/lb. of bodyweight
2) you don't need EQ, your first cycle can be a Test only cycle
3) add an aromatase inhibitor to your cycle, 0.5 mgs of arimidex ED
4) add nolvadex and possibly arimidex+clenbuterol to your PCT and run it for 4-5 weeks not 2-3
 
all spot on advice above, bump the protein, drop the eq save it for 2-3rd cycle, no real need for it now and 10 weeks is real short run for eq anyhow..............

at least have some adex on hand, as well as nolva..

dont frontload clomid,, I bet that most the bros who have horror stories from clomid either front loaded or ran high doses,, my pct that has never failed me yet is clomid 50mg and nolva at 20mg with hcg.. but b4 hcg was even around clomid and nolva pct was the king time tested...

what are your goals for this cycle?
 
thanks for your input...ill fix my PCT not to stagger the clomid I will keep it at 50mg a day and have nolva on hand incase i run into estrogen related side effects. I was thinking about running HCG also but im not to sure about dose...can anyone help me out with that??

my goals for the cycle is to gain lean mass and to get stronger...i dont really want sloppy gains, i want to keep my bodyfat at around what i have now 8%

another thing you guys might be able to help me out with is...I am pretty prone to getting acne and i know that i most likely will break out from the test...is there any product i could use to keep this at a minimum??

290 cabs=1160 carb cals
205 protein gams = 820 protein cals

1160+820=1980 cals

Your weight is 179. you should be eating 2 grams of protein for every lb of body weight

so you should be eating 358 grams. Your carbs are way to high too. See where I am going with this. I don't even know what your fats are. But you need to fix up the diet bro.
