Hey guys, I was a past member of this board last year but kinda fell off the scene for a while, and have recently been doing some extensive research across several boards for my next cycle. I have some concerns and would appreciate any help. Height: 6'1 Weight: 200 lbs BF: 12%
I've done two cycles in the past:
1) 250 mg/week of deca for 10 weeks - NO PCT (two years ago)
2) 25 mg/day d-bol 6 weeks & 450mg/week of deca for 14 weeks, while also using AIFM eod - PCT consisted of clomid cycle for three weeks (one year ago)
*Im not sure if the AIFM helped the bloat in my body because my face puffed up like a water balloon, but it could have been a combination of things including my diet, the creatine, water intake, etc.
From my last cycle I kept considerable gains, went from 190 to 225 lbs, and averaged 218 lbs but had some considerable bloat in my face. Six months after the cycle ended I changed my diet and training program. Instead of bulking I decided to cut fat and started training in thai kickboxing. I have been doing that ever since and now I weigh 200 lbs with a 12% body fat. Once again, I am interested in gaining some good lean muscle and I want to make sure I do this the right way. I will continue the kickboxing training and incorporate heavy lifting at the same time.
For this coming cycle I plan the following:
test cyp 600mg/week - monday and friday (300mg - 300mg) for 14 weeks
My concerns mainly have to do with antiestrogens and PCT. I have Nolva and Clomid for PCT, but after doing research there seems to be much controversy about using these products. My first question is, 1) What should I use, (Nolva, Aromasin, Arimidex, etc.) during the cycle to prevent water retention and gyno? 2) Should I use Nolva and Clomid during my PCT, and if yes, how should I use them? 3) Are Unleashed, Post Cycle, Derma Sustain better alternatives? (I read the sticky about these products, and I am curious to see if they are successful)
I know this is a long post, but I am just trying to be as clear as possible. Any help is greatly appreciated.
