test cyp crystallzation

ya ya ya i know this has been posted umpteen times before but never read because at the time didnt think much of it.

anyhow i bought three vials test cyp two or three months ago and one of them , the one i havent opened yet, is starting to crystallize.

i can just warm this up some, like letting vial sit in warm water, to liquefy again right? doesnt mean gear has gone bad does it?

quite common with cyp, just put some water in a pot and get it warm, close to boiling and put the vial in there, not too much water though, just enough to come up the sides but don't let the vial float. 10 min or so it will be good

thanks dr, good to know gear legit then. so far the results is have gotten from this new source of mine using deca, tren and cyp are amazing.

wonder what it is about cyp that makes it crystallize...

No, it means it has fallen out of solution, cyp is know for this, and is much harder to hold than say enanthate.

What mg/ml is it?

I would put it in a low oven, 100C, for 20 minutes (no need to vent), that should sort it out, but if it continues to crash, it could make for a painful injection.

Yes it does, with all steroids, but the cyp ester in particular is prone to crashing at anything much above 200mg.

Many have made it higher, but to me there is no good reason to use cyp; enanthate is almost identical and much easier to work with, either for yourself, or your chosen chemist,

But you will still be fine to re heat and use, the AAS had not been damaged in any way.

do what nytol said, throw it in the oven, mine did the same thing, worked great. After u do this , make sure u store it in a cool place, but around room temp, no where too cold.

so you put in oven with the metal unopened cap still on? wouldnt the heat cause the vial to crack? will the gear REcrystalize after liquefying?

No the vial will not crack or explode at 100C, unless it is a VERY poor quality vial, (but I doubt that).

The cyp may recrystalise, but it depends on how fast it does this, if it crashes imeadiately, then I would be concerned about injecting it, as it may mean the solvent ratios are off, but if it takes a week or so, then you'll just have to keep re heating.

There is a good chance that it will be fine and hold though.

100 degrees celsius is where water BOILS, hence why i told him to put it in a pan with water around it. water CANNOT get hotter than 100 degrees celsius, if it does it turns to steam. So with the water regulating the heat from the pan you have essentially set yourself up with a limit on your max temperature.....100 degrees celcius or 212 F

well i have solved the problem, at least temporarily...

i boiled some water and put the hot water in a coffee cup with the vial and it liquiied just fine in about 10 minutes. dont plan on using this vial for a while. dont see how it wont recrystalize after sitting for a while?

You may have to add some BB to the cyp.

100C is a temp that will do the job, I prefere the oven over boilinf water, you can heat a vial to 200C quite happily and it will not break or explode.

The rubber will start to degrade at temps much above 200 for a long time though.

Glad you sorted it, cant be too bad if it went back into solution that easily,
