Test C and Winny

Gonna start this cycle soon, pretty much a first with the test and tried winny before with great results. So far Ive been told 400-500 mg/wk is sufficient. Is this pretty much the norm? Plus , when do I start up with the Winny during this cycle?

Any good suggestions on anti-estrogens and where is the best place to get them?

Solid thanks for the reply. Quick question though. I thought Winny is usually at the end of a cycle rather than at the begining. You mind clarifying a bit more for me. Thanks bro.

500mgs of test /wk is plenty, add 1mg arimidex ED and you have yourself a cycle...
