So I'll keep it short and sweet. I am 30 years old and am just getting back into using Gear, after an extended absence (I did the natural thing). Anyway, I am HIGHLY prone to gyno, both genetically and through gear. It is for this reason, that I almost always stayed away from Test when i was younger.
Now that I am 30 and my natural test is starting to decrease anyway, i should probably start considering using it in my cycles. When I cycle, I don't want to get huge, I really want to concentrate on adding to my cardio and diet, and getting super hard and vascular, while adding anywhere from 10 - 20 lbs (20 would be way at the top end) over anywhere from a 8-12 week cycle.
I was able to gain 12 lbs on Tbol only, and kept 10 of that. I know how to cycle on and off, use an AI and all of that. What I really don't know much about is Test, because I have avoided it for all these years.
My question is this. I've done some reading on the different TEST compounds out there, but what would be the best type, with the least amount of injections per week, and a good weekly amount?
I was thinking of 250/TEST weekly, combined with 400-600/Primo weekly. Thoughts? I can handle 'constructive" criticism.
