test and deca cyle opinion ?

test (200)
week 1---1 cc deca 1 cc test
week 2---2 cc deca 2 cc test
week 3---5 cc deca 2 cc test
week 4---6 cc deca 2 cc test
week 5---8 cc deca 1.5 cc test
week 6---6 cc deca 1 cc test
week 7---5 cc deca 1 cc test
week 8---4 cc deca .5 cc test
week 9---3 cc deca
week 10-2 cc deca
week 11-1 cc deca

I am currently in the third week and i have went from 194 to a solid 203.....I just started lifting again about three months ago..Does anyone have any suggestions on this planned cycle? less deca more test? etc?:fro:

Looks like my first cycle.

Your a big guy you can easily bump to 400mg (4cc) deca a week and 400mg of test a week and be fine and get even more gains.

Good job so far, don't forget food, training, rest are 90% of the program.
 
Thanks... I am a little worried bout the "gyno" thing....I naturally have puffy npples and I haven't had any soreness yet, but I don't want to overdo the test...and run into that situation...so what weeks should I bump the test up in? I sleep about nine hours a day and intake about 175-200g of protein a day accompanied by a lot of water......don't know if my workout regimen is good though.....I only work each major muscle once a week..Thanks for the advise.
 
Dont pyrimid your cycle. just run 400mg a week of both or bump up the test a little more (500mg). I know how u feel cause I have naturally puffy nips to and I was worried as shit before I started my first cycle. also I work each muscle group once a week and it seems to work well but make sure u are giving it 110% intensity!
