I was wondering if Using Test while training hard and eating relatively clean, high protein, lower carb, is there a potential to lose a lot of bodyfat?

Right, in the last 6 weeks my waist as gotten slightly smaller, my skinfolds are smaller, but my weight is up 7 lbs, and I've gained strength in alot of lifts, so it is possible, however my diet is extremely strict, and my workouts are very intense.
